RANCE BILBO, Associate Lobbyist, at the Mississippi State Capitol. Bilbo brings experience in Mississippi politics, agriculture, management, grassroots campaigns, public relations and social media.
Bilbo joined the Clearwater Group in February of 2021, where he quickly jumped into public policy issues for the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Bilbo graduated from Mississippi State University with a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in pre-law. Bilbo is currently a resident of Madison, Mississippi where he grew up and attended Madison Central HS and is a member of Broadmoor Baptist Church.
